ROOSEVELT CAMPUS

Our main campus, serving almost 2,000 consumers.

Registered Nurse (Roosevelt Center)

Graduate of New York State Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing, New York State Registered Nursing License, CPR trained, One year experience in treating individuals with Developmental Disabilities.

Community Aide-Life Options

Required: High School Diploma or GED, one year work experience with DD population, Valid NYS Driver’s License.Preferred: HHA experience.

Pediatric Occupational Therapist

BS/MA in Occupational Therapy. Registered/Certified.OTR: NYS license, experienced or new grads with pediatric fieldwork experience encouraged to apply.

Occupational Therapist - Adult Services

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, New York State License as an Occupational Therapist, Registration by the National Board for Certification of Occupational Therapists. Preferred: Experience treating DD population

Community Coach-Life Options

Associates Degree in a Human Service. BA degree in Human Services. Previous experience with individuals with developmental disabilities required. Clean, valid NYS driver’s license & AMAP certification preferred.

Physical Therapist - Adult Services

Graduate of an APTA approved curriculum in Physical Therapy with a Masters or Bachelor of Science degree or Certificate in Physical Therapy.  Must be licensed or eligible for State of New York license. Experience working with individuals with Cerebral Palsy & other related disabilities.

Bi-Lingual Spanish Speech-Language Pathologist - Childrens Learning Center (Part Time)

Masters Degree in Speech/Language Pathology. Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech/Language Pathology or Clinical Fellowship Year eligible. New York State Certification as a Teacher of the Speech and Hearing Handicapped or eligible. Bilingual a plus.

Classroom Aides - Life Options

High School diploma/GED required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred. 

 

BAYVILLE RESIDENCE

Our progressive, 48-bed facility in Bayville.

Registered Nurse- Tuesday thru Saturday (3:30pm - 11:30pm)

Required: New York State Registered Nurse License Graduate from a New York State associate Nursing program. New York State Registered Nursing License, CPR Certified.Preferred: One year experience in treating individuals with Developmental Disabilities

Direct Support Professionals - Full Time, Part Time, or Per Diem

Various hours/schedules; High School Diploma; clean, valid NYS Driver License; experience working with individuals with Developmentally Disabled population; AMAP certification preferred.

 

OTHER RESIDENCES

Work at one of our 20 residences in Nassau County.

Direct Support Professionals - Per Diem or Part Time

Various hours / Flex schedule, HS Diploma/ GED required. Clean, valid NYS drivers license. Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.

Nursing Department - RN (Part Time)

N.Y.S. licensure as RN. Experience working w/mentally and/or developmentally disabled population and/or pediatric experience preferred. Seaford Location.

 

OCEANSIDE DAY HABILITATION

Join our community outreach program where trained and qualified individuals with developmental disabilities provide local non profit businesses with community service.

Assistant Community Coach - Oceanside Day Habilitation

HS diploma; Valid/clean license NYS drivers license required; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred
